Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made for the Bulwark Automated Cloud Posture Assessment (“Bulwark”, “Service”) offered by PARAMATRIX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
1. No Physical Shipping
- Bulwark is a SaaS-based, fully digital service.
- We do not ship any physical products by courier, post or logistics partners.
- Therefore, traditional “shipping timelines” for physical goods are not applicable.
2. How Our Service Is Delivered
- Immediately after successful payment, you are redirected to connect your cloud account(s). As soon as the connection is successfully established, the automated scan starts instantly on the Bulwark platform. When the scan is completed, your assessment report (e.g. PDF/CSV) is made available through the Bulwark portal under your account.
- Where applicable, delivery of our service and/or report availability may also be confirmed on your registered email ID.
3. Delivery Timelines
Scans are digital services delivered electronically. While most scans are processed rapidly, please allow up to 7 days for final delivery to account for external factors such as cloud provider latency, API throttling, and environment size. If service delivery exceeds this timeline due to an internal technical failure on our end, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our policy.
4. Service Availability & Platform Downtime
The Bulwark platform may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. During such maintenance windows, access to the service or reports may be temporarily unavailable. Such downtime shall not be considered a delay in delivery.
5. Issues Accessing the Service
If you face any issues accessing Bulwark or downloading your report, please contact our helpdesk:

Support queries will be addressed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST), excluding public holidays.
Access issues caused by incorrect IAM permissions, expired credentials, or customer-side configuration errors do not affect delivery status.
In case the report is generated but the customer is unable to download it due to device, network, or local system issues, delivery will still be considered completed once its available on the portal.
